Yulianni Liyuwardi

Founder

  • Over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, she has occupied key positions in various strategic capacities, including being responsible for corporate finance and serving as the CFO at a publicly listed FMCG and palm oil company.
  • Raised and managed US$ 1 billion+ through various financial instruments such as bank loans, bonds, mezzanine financing, and equity.
  • Executed and led numerous corporate actions including M&A, IPOs, rights issues, and equity placements.

Chris Aditya, CFA

Consultant

  • Experience in accounting, consulting, and corporate finance. He has been involved in both buy-side and sell-side Mergers and Acquisition projects, with clientele in various industries.
  • He has worked on some key notable projects such as financial assessment in Indonesia battery value chain project, IPO gap analysis for conglomerate investment holding company and waste-to-energy power plant.
  • Chris is a CFA charter holder and earned MBA from Pensacola Christian College.
