Established in 2011, Orbit (or “the Company”) engages in the internet service provider (ISP) or internet infrastructure business that specializes in wireless and fiber optic internet access. The main distinction lies in the Company’s focus on providing wireless internet from its BTS towers with dedicated bandwidth that are mainly located in Jakarta and surrounding areas.

As of today, the Company has 55+ BTS towers, 1200+ active customers, more than 1000 antennas in total, and 50+ employees. It offers both business-to-business (“B2B”) and business-to-consumer (“B2C”) services in JADETABEK, Cikarang, Karawang, and Purwakarta. It mainly operates in the B2B segment with ~90% of its customers coming from businesses, while the other 10% is residential.

Orbit’s competitive advantage lies in its managed services, where it handles all types of complaints, tailored configuration and troubleshooting, and has a strong field and office technical team. It is also uniquely positioned in the ISP market due to its agility to expand in various locations.

New investors are needed to support growth and potential expansion. Expansion allows the Company to establish a stronger presence in the market through building new towers in remote location and grow its active customers. Existing founders are seeking to cash out initial investment in the Company.
